Norse needed a high-performance strategy across multiple markets to build visibility and meet the minimum viable online sales to justify running flights - the equivalent of 40% YoY net sales uplift.

My process

Brand & Marketing Strategy

I began by working with the Norse team to evaluate market opportunities and customer behaviour across key transatlantic routes. This highlighted where demand was growing, how competitors were positioning themselves, and where Norse could carve out a stronger presence. From this, I developed a clear strategy that aligned messaging, media priorities, and growth objectives.

Execution Roadmap

The strategy was translated into a 90-day roadmap that the team could act on straight away. We focused on high-impact activity across paid media, creative and experimentation, ensuring campaigns were measurable, scalable, and closely tied to commercial outcomes. This gave Norse a clear, actionable plan that linked brand-building with performance marketing to drive awareness and bookings.

Client partnership

As a key point of contact for the Norse team, I managed day-to-day collaboration, keeping campaigns aligned with commercial goals and ensuring decisions were made quickly and confidently. Acting as both advisor and partner, I provided clarity, kept stakeholders connected, and made sure strategy was consistently translated into action.
